🌍 Inspiring the Future of our Industry – Early Careers at DFI-EFFC Geotechnics Reimagined in Bruges 🇧🇪
One of the standout sessions from this afternoons conference has been the Early Career Days session, a powerful reminder that the future of our industry is full of energy, fresh perspectives, and ambition.
This segment featured thought-provoking presentations from David Major (Expanded ), where he educated students on the world of geotechnical engineering, Stanley L. (Vroom Funderingstechnieken B.V.) who discussed his journey to become an HSQE Manager, Veronica Stetter (BAUER Group) on her journey to become a civil engineer and Ann Neyrinck (TRACTEBEL) who made the incredible career change from cardiologist to engineer.
After a short break, the session resumed with a presentation from Dr Ir William Beuckelaers (OffshoreWind4Kids) who discussed careers in offshore winds before a group panel discussion, chaired by David Major.
