To meet net-zero targets, the offshore wind industry must significantly scale its workforce — but where will this talent come from? That’s why we created The 𝗙𝗹𝗼𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗪𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲, a global student competition designed to accelerate innovation while bridging the talent gap. Inspired by competitions like the World Solar Challenge and Solar Decathlon, we’re giving students hands-on experience in real-world floating wind challenges—with direct mentorship from industry leaders.

Now in its 4th edition, we’re expanding in 2025 to 𝗭𝗲𝗲𝗯𝗿𝘂𝗴𝗲𝘀, 𝗕𝗲𝗹𝗴𝗶𝘂𝗺 🇧🇪 and we’re looking for partners to help scale this impact ⚡🤝
